Fill in Student Progress Chart: list the name of each of your students on the Student Progress Chart and record the correct responses to the TABS by placing an "X" in the appropriate square |

Student completes MATH-PAKS: each IMP MATH-PAK is designed to present a sequence of instruction that leads the student toward mastery of the specific objective. A MATH-PAK is an individual instruction booklet with 5 to 15 lessons prefaced with a statement of the performance objective. |

MATH-PAK Pre-Test: MATH-PAK Section One contains a diagnostic Pre-Test designed to identify a student's specific difficulty in achieving the objective. |

MATH-PAK Lessons: MATH-PAK Section Two contains practice-problem lessons which are related to one of the areas of difficulty isolated by the Pre-Test. |

MATH-PAK Post-Test: the Tests of Achievement in Basic Skills- Mathematics (TABS) may be used as a post measure of group achievement.
