The Multiple Affect Adjective Checklist-Revised (MAACL-R) consists of 132 adjectives and is available for administration under two standardized test sets, "In General" and "Today." New scales have been developed based on several factor analyses of the items. Both Trait and State Forms on the MAACL-R are standardized scales which have been shown to differentiate patients with affective disorders and in basic research on personality and emotions.
