The POI Scales . . .

The Personal Orientation Inventory (POI) is based on the concept of the actualizing person - a person who is more fully functioning and lives a more enriched life than does the average person. The Inventory provides a comprehensive measurement of values and behavior. The POI provides counselor and counselee with a measure of the clients level of positive mental health. The Inventory consists of 150 two-choice value and behavior items and is scored for two major scales plus 10 sub-scales.
