Basic Individual Report: The Basic Individual Report is the basic printout of results for single assessments or for any two or all three of the COPSystem assessments. One copy of the printout per examinee is returned with either the COPSystem Comprehensive Career Guide or the appropriate Profile and Guide. File Copy: The File Copy is a duplicate copy of the Basic Individual Report.

Additional Options
Basic List Report: The Basic List Report provides a summary of
COPS, CAPS, and COPES results for any combination of scores.
This option provides a combined report for all of the examinees in
your group. The Basic List Report and the Record Labels display
COPSystem summary information in the following way. First, they
list each of the 14 COPSystem Career Clusters and display
examinees' percentile scores for the COPS and CAPS, and the pluses for the COPS, CAPS and COPES. Next, there is a list of the stanine scores for each of the eight CAPS tests. The final section reports percentile scores for the COPES. To see sample click here . . .

Record Label: The Record Label is an adhesive label with examinee results from any combination of the COPS, CAPS and COPES. Labels may be used on counselor or cumulative records. The Record Labels provide information for the COPS, CAPS and COPES as explained on the Basic List Report. To see sample click here . . .

Summary of Interests: The Summary of Interests is available for groups (by teacher, by school, or by district). This printout shows the percentage of students interested in each COPSystem Career Cluster. Each examinee will be included in the three Clusters representing their three highest interest areas. Need Assessment Summary: The Needs Assessment Summary contains a summary of the individual needs assessment in the Basic Individual Report for the COPS and offers group summaries for counseling and curriculum planning. This summary organizes responses to questions 169 and 170 on the COPS Interest Inventory. The Needs Assessment Summary displays the percentage of examinees answering 'yes' to each question, the percentage answering 'no' and the percentage not answering. COPS Machine-Scoring Booklets must be pre-grouped by the administrator. To see sample click here . . .

Individual Needs Assessment Summary: The Individual Needs Assessment Summary displays each examinee's yes/no responses to questions 169 and 170. To see sample click here . . .

Examinees by Interest Area: The Examinees by Interest Area option provides a list of examinees according to their three highest COPSystem Career Clusters.
