The CERES program offers an individual Teacher's Guide for each grade at the elementary level. Teacher's Guides feature interesting activities that can be tailored to your classroom practices. Guides include a separate section for each of the CERES competency areas. Each section is filled with flexible activities as well as useful information including lists of age-appropriate reading material to complement class instruction and promote reading and vocabulary skills. Student Workbooks are available for each grade level and are designed to accompany the activities in the Teacher's Guides. Additional Workbooks may be purchased as needed, however Workbooks may not be purchased as a stand-alone item.
Secondary Curriculum Grades 7-12
CERES has two options for incorporating career education activities into the secondary curriculum. The Compendium of Career Education Infusion Activities is designed to include career education concepts into all curriculum areas. There are activities for subject areas such as foreign languages, literature and science, all of which relate the CERES guidance goals to these specific subjects.
The second application employs the Compendium of Career Education Integration Activities. This compendium is designed to be used by subject area specialists to integrate career education within a specific class. A good use of this Compendium is for classes that include a career guidance component. For example, it could be used to integrate COPSystem results in an English or social studies class.

Survival Kits - Four-page guides designed to assist teachers, guest speakers and field trip hosts in conducting successful presentations and field trips.
Handbook for Parents - Brief three-page guides to assist parents in reinforcing career awareness at home.
Career Education Test - Grades 2-12, multiple choice questions assess a student's understanding for the eight School-to-Career educational goal areas
and grade-level student competencies.
