Ordering Qualifications

Our Policy:

EdITS distributes psychological and educational test materials in accordance with the Ethical Practices Code of the American Psychological Association (APA).

The professional standards of the APA limit the release of tests. Only individuals who are able to demonstrate the professional training and experience necessary to administer and interpret tests in an ethical and capable manner will be eligible to receive Level B materials.

Level A - Unrestricted

These materials are available to any reputable institution that agrees to our stipulations regarding their use:

1. Tests must be kept under lock and key when not in use.
2. Tests must be administered as directed in the manual.
3. The confidential nature of the tests must be adhered to; only those who are authorized by the organization's leadership will be granted access to completed tests.

Level B - Restricted

These materials are available to individuals who:

1. Have completed graduate level training in psychology (i.e. Masters degree or higher), or in a related field;

OR

1. Are a member of the American Psycholgical Association (APA), or similar organization, including but not limited to the American Education Research Association (AERA), National Council of Measurement in Education (NCME), or American Counseling Association (ACA);

OR

1. Have received a combination of graduate training and relevant professional experience

AND

2. Have successfully completed academic courses, including:

     General Psychology
     Educational Psychology
     Guidance/Counseling
     Testing and Measurement
     Testing Theory
     Advanced Statistics
     Abnormal/Personality Psychology
     Personnel Selection
