Certain IRIS disks may have shipped with a
corrupt key file that would cause an error when
creating new files.
Copy the BASE.OSC to the KEYFILES
subdirectory in the IRIS directory you created
when you installed IRIS.
The Default location is
C:\Program Files\Eras\Iris\Key Files\.
