The COPS Inventories are available in six versions, including a Spanish translation. Each of the COPSystem Career Clusters are matched with high school and college curriculum and a database of occupational information.

Ability testing helps identify current ability levels across several job-related areas to provide a foundation for improvement.
The Career Ability Placement Survey (CAPS) measures eight relevant work abilities. The scores correspond to 14 career clusters encompassing the full world-of-work. A Spanish version is available.
Job satisfaction and productivity are highest when personal values match both job activities and workplace culture.
The Career Orientation Placement and Evaluation Survey (COPES) measures sixteen important work values.
