Use Personality Factors to Guide Educational Planning and Employee Placement

The Comrey Personality Scales (CPS) provide a comprehensive, multidimensional assessment of the personality structure for normally functioning adults. This instrument has proven useful for educational and career planning as well as employee placement. Studies have shown that the CPS dimensions have been significantly correlated with job success criteria for a broad range of occupations.
