PRICES

All tests distributed by EdITS are priced for direct sale to professional users. Bulk and professional discounts are available from our sales team. Prices are subject to change without notice.

There is a $25.00 minimum price to order products.

All prices are in US Dollars.

PURCHASE ORDERS

We welcome purchase orders from schools and other institutions. Purchase orders may mailed or emailed. We are happy to answer any phone inquiries related to prices, shipping, etc., but we do request a copy of all purchase orders. All confirmation copies should be clearly marked as such. Payment is due within thirty days of the invoice date.

DELIVERY TIME

Orders are usually filled and shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Shipping delays may occur in some circumstances; therefore, we advise our customers to allow two to three weeks for delivery. Overnight and second day air services are available. Customers are responsible for any additional freight charges. At your request, an order may be shipped the same day it is received, provided it is received by 1 p.m. Pacific Time. Please indicate any special shipping instructions when ordering. For our web-based assessments, customers will be provided with sign-in instructions within 72 hours.

SALES TAX

Sales tax applies to all California orders. If your organization is tax exempt, please make note of this status on your order.

RETURNS

Materials may be returned for store credit provided they are in resalable condition. A 10% restocking fee may apply. All customers must receive authorization prior to returning any merchandise. We do not issue cash refunds.

All EdITS materials are copyrighted and may not be reproduced without written permission from our office. Materials are sold only for use with scoring and recording forms published or authorized by EdITS. We cannot grant permission to reproduce our assessments in their entirety in any other publications, including theses and dissertations. If you have any questions regarding these policies, please contact the Permissions Department.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

EdITS has many international distributors. Please contact our sales team for distributors in your area. Our digital products and services are offered worldwide. However, we do not offer international shipping for our physical products.

SHIPPING

All orders are F.O.B. San Diego. Shipping is automatically computed for orders placed through our website. Orders placed through our sales team are subject to the following pricing. All US states except Alaska and Hawaii have a $20.00 minimum shipping charge. For orders under $500.00 shipping is 12% of the subtotal. For orders over $500.00 shipping is 7% of the subtotal. In California there is a $20.00 minimum shipping charge or shipping is 7% of the subtotal. Call for shipping prices to Alaska, and Hawaii. No international shipping is available.

QUALIFICATIONS

Many of our assessments are intended for professional purposes. In compliance with the guidelines set forth by the Committee on Ethical Standards for the American Psychological Association, we restrict sales to individuals whose background and education would enable them to use assessments appropriately. Members of the American Psychological Association, Association for Career and Technical Education, American Counseling Association, Professional Members of the National Career Development Association, and those employed by and ordering for an educational institution, hospital, research laboratory or other related organizations need not produce further evidence of qualifications. Graduate students must present the counter signature of a sponsoring professor when ordering assessment tools.
